A Hull Inspection Bot (HIB), or as Jazz called the one she rented from Zsóka Stróbl - "Hibby", are inspection devices used in Artemis.

A HIB resembles a remote control car. It is about 30 centimeters long with four movement claws and a tool arm. The tool arm is equipped with a high-definition camera on it's end along with basic clamping and grabbing actuators. The outer hulls of the Artemis bubbles are studded with handles to support movement over the hull for maintenance purposes, the HIB's movement claws use those handles to move over and around the hulls to inspect welds, valves, and other hull fittings.[1]
The HIB is controlled by a sleek remote unit with knobs and joysticks surrounding a video screen.
