Whilst pretending to be Nuha Nejem Jasmine Bashara said "Ma'alesh, ana ma'aref Englizy" (معليش أنا مااعرف إنجليزي) which translates to "It's okay, I don’t speak English". It allowed her to get rid of an excited American female tourist.
