Pham Binh is the husband of Tâm Binh and works in the Life Support Center.
Biography[]
Pham is an abusive husband but tries to dismiss his wife's injuries as her clumsiness. The abuse presumably stopped when Rudy DuBois approached him, beat him up in the same way he had beat his wife up and told him that anything he did to his wife he would do to Pham.[1]

Pham is actually a Vietnamese surname but may have originally meant 'Bee keeper'. In Vietnam it is the 5th most common surname. In China it would be pronounced 'Fan' but in Korea it would be 'Beom'.
Binh means 'Section'.
